28 day soul coaching program: This is a program divided into 4 one-week periods.Each week is dedicated to one of the four elements:Air, water, fire and earth.
You can spend as little as 15 minutes a day on doing the daily exercises or as long as it takes.You will get results no matter how much time you spend each day.
